CLIFS must be added to the Trusted Site list in your browser. To add CLIFS to the trusted site list:
  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to https://CLIFS.cdhs.state.co.us/ilinxcs.
  2. Click "Tools"
  3. Select Internet Options, then click on the "Security" tab.
  4. Click "Trusted Sites," then click "Sites."
  5. Click "Add."
